John Fuller (aka “Little John”) was born around 1655. He had seven sons and five daughters with Mehitable Rowley between 1680 and 1706.
In 1683 John’s father, Samuel, died. Samuel’s will left John: 4 acres of marsh, a 3 year old horse, a house, an orchard, a Native American slave named “Joell,” a cart, a plow, tools, a cow, a bible, and one third of the other cattle. John and Mehitable lived in the dwelling house at Scorton Neck on Cape Cod. In 1694 they moved to East Haddam, Connecticut and remained there 32 years until his death.
